1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and EasyWay ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the EasyWay application and website. By accessing the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
EasyWay is an Artificial Intelligence-powered preventative vehicle maintenance platform. We analyze your driving habits and input telemetry to probabilistically forecast vehicle maintenance and connect you to local service centers.
Disclaimer of Mechanical Liability
The artificial intelligence predictions provided by EasyWay are estimates based on standard mechanical lifecycles and user-submitted data. EasyWay relies on these estimations and does NOT guarantee the mechanical health of your vehicle. You should ALWAYS consult a licensed professional mechanic for definitive inspections before operating any vehicle. EasyWay assumes no liability for missed repairs or vehicular failure.
3. User Data and Accounts
If you choose to register for our application (including via Google OAuth authentication), you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyWay operates. EasyWay and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of applicable jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
