Specifically, this policy describes how we collect and process Google user data you authorize us to access, matching Google Cloud Platform guidelines for OAuth verification.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering for the Application. When connecting via Google, we may request basic profile information (Name, Email) to authenticate your account and synchronize your telemetry sessions.
- Vehicle Telemetry: Vehicle year, make, model, odometer, and basic driving habits (e.g., commute length) generated by you.
- Google User Data: Basic profile, email address. Used strictly for authentication and account security.
3. How We Use Your Data
Our primary use of your data is to generate highly accurate Artificial Intelligence maintenance predictions. We use your data to:
- Calculate component lifecycle estimations based on your weekly driving behavior.
- Authenticate your user session via strict OAuth standards.
- Send Push Notifications regarding upcoming critical vehicle services.
Data Transparency & Google API Compliance
EasyWay's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We DO NOT sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
4. Data Deletion & Security
We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your records. If you wish to delete your EasyWay account and all associated Google OAuth data and vehicle telemetry, you can request account deletion directly inside the Mobile App's Profile Dashboard or by contacting support at hello@easyway.ai.
